The web based interface made extensive use of AJAX and other DHTML techniques to create a truly rich internet experience - incorporating map pan/zoom, on-line reports and easy-to-use search and message functions.

In addition a full featured event system allowed real time alerts to be generated over SMS, email or on the site itself. This enabled hot-wired vehicles to 'phone home', as well as more day-to-day activities such as checking vehicles visited the correct customers.
